Reembolso de impuestos sobre la propiedad/alquiler

Febrero 15, 2024

Under the expansion:

  • The income cap for homeowners increased from $35,000 to $45,000.*
  • The income cap for renters increased from $15,000 to $45,000.*
  • The income cap is set to increase annually to keep pace with inflation.

* The program also continues to exclude one-half of Social Security income.

Pennsylvanians are eligible for this program if they are ages 65 and older, are widowed and ages 50 and older, or are living with disabilities and ages 18 and older—and meet the above income requirements.

Rebates will be distributed beginning Julio 1, as required by law. First-time filers should anticipate that it will take additional time to review their applications and process their rebates.
